Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted analytics partner within the Kroger business.
• Managing and delivering bespoke ad-hoc insight requests from stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Translating complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities within retail performance data.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to client stakeholders clearly.
• Leading analytical projects from brief to delivery and implementation.
• Supporting and mentoring junior analysts.
• Collaborating with internal Retail Insight teams for quality and consistency.
• Shaping and evolving insight solutions based on client needs.
