Job summary

Advantage SCI is seeking an experienced Local Hire Program Analyst to support Counter-Insider Threat operations at Camp Smith Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI. The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, strong analytical skills, and experience in law enforcement or security contexts.

The analyst will conduct complex data collection and analysis, document methodologies, and coordinate audits and reporting for senior management, while complying with applicable regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required with eligibility for SCI
• Minimum of five years' experience as a Program Analyst with Counter-Insider Threat or related security/Law Enforcement duties
• Must read and interpret policies, guidance, and procedures
• Proficient in MS Windows applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and able to type 40 wpm

Responsibilities

• Review insider threat cases and document all findings
• Analyze data from Counter-Insider Threat data and identify anomalies and trends
• Audit investigations, processes, and records for compliance
• Record meeting minutes and prepare reports for Case Manager
• Coordinate facility visits and assist with base access requests
• Escort un-cleared personnel as required for Counter-Insider Threat operations
• Produce annual report highlighting analyses and outcomes
• Maintain communications with diverse government and security personnel
