Job summary

DTEX is seeking a Senior Insider Threat Analyst to analyze customer activity data and identify threat-related patterns. The role requires coordinating with clients to define focus areas and delivering visual, metrics-backed reports to communicate findings to customers.

You will develop recommendations to remediate threats, promote a secure environment, and maintain trust with clients through privacy and objectivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI, analytics, or operations with security investigations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to analyze multivariate problems.
• Proficient in common data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ElasticSearch).

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer activity data to identify threat-related events and patterns.
• Coordinate with customers to focus investigations on key concerns.
• Prepare reports with metrics and visualizations to communicate discoveries to customers.
• Develop recommendations to remediate threats and promote a secure environment.
• Establish trust with clients by maintaining privacy and objectivity.
• Enhance and update existing profiles, develop new use cases and algorithms.
