DTEX is seeking an Insider Threat Analyst to join our security team and help protect customer environments from advanced threats.

You will analyze activity data, create reports, and work with customers to tailor investigations, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and secure outcomes across diverse deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BI, operations, or analytics; security investigations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze multivariate problems.
• Ability to access and analyze data using industry standard tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, BI tools).

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer activity data to identify threat-related events, behaviors, and patterns.
• Coordinate with customers to determine areas of interest for investigations.
• Prepare and deliver reports using metrics and data visualizations to communicate discoveries.
• Develop recommendations to address and remediate threat discoveries and promote security.
• Establish and secure trust with clients by maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and objectivity.
• Enhance and update existing profiles, develop new use cases and algorithms for intelligence releases.
