Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Insider Threat Engineer (Remote US) to configure and optimize enterprise insider threat technologies, detecting, investigating, and mitigating insider risks in partnership with Security Operations, HR, Legal, and Compliance.

You will tune Purview IRM/CC, build policies, manage SITs, support eDiscovery, operate ITM, correlate telemetry with SIEM/UEBA/EDR, and contribute to governance and reporting. Travel occasional; 40 hours/week.

Formación

• 5+ years of cybersecurity with insider threat, DLP, or compliance focus.
• Hands-on configuring Microsoft Purview IRM, CC, and DLP.
• Experience supporting eDiscovery activities in investigations or legal holds.
• Knowledge of insider threat TTPs, data exfiltration, and IP theft.
• Proficiency with KQL and PowerShell for querying and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, tune, and maintain Purview IRM and CC policies.
• Develop and refine IRM/CC policies and SITs.
• Investigate Purview alerts, perform root-cause analysis, tune signals.
• Support eDiscovery cases, custodians, searches, and exports.
• Operate and tune Proofpoint ITM for insider threat telemetry.
• Correlate Purview and Proofpoint signals with SIEM/UEBA/EDR.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, KQL, Graph API) for deployments.
• Track KPIs and generate platform health reports.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI-DSS, SOC2.
