Job summary

Assistance Technique Internationale is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Leader to manage day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales Team and maintain strong customer relationships in the United States market. The role reports to the Manager of Sales and Marketing and emphasizes continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales/marketing or process engineering environments and a 4-year college degree.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required.
• 3+ years in a sales, marketing, or process engineering environment.
• Experience in an industrial setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Inside Sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and progress monitoring toward goals.
• Oversee quotes, orders, backlog, and status reporting to customers.
• Coordinate internal and external customer requests (recerts, surveys, etc.).
• Build and maintain customer relationships to grow accounts and improve scores.
• Handle account/invoice discrepancies and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with Product Mgmt, Field Sales, pricing, and Supply Chain.
