What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with families after initial conversations to advise on next steps and drive move-ins to customer communities
- Act as a liaison between families and senior living communities or care providers
- Provide ongoing expert guidance to families referred to communities or home care providers
- Manage the follow-up sales process, ensuring clear communication with families and communities
- Understand community offerings and resident requirements to effectively assist families

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent proactive outreach and closing skills in a consultative environment
- Ability to multitask effectively, including taking notes while on calls
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills over the phone
