Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager – Inpatient Pharmacy Operations in Seattle, WA.

This onsite, full-time role leads hospital pharmacy teams, drives clinical and operational performance, and shapes strategic initiatives across a complex acute-care environment. The ideal candidate has PharmD, WA licensure, NPI, and at least 5 years of pharmacy experience with 3+ years in leadership, plus 2 years budgeting.

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent.
Washington Pharmacist License required at hire.
National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
Minimum 5 years of pharmacist/pharmacy experience.
At least 3 years of leadership experience with direct reports.
At least 2 years managing operational or project budgets.
Strong experience in inpatient pharmacy operations within an acute-care hospital.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational oversight for inpatient pharmacy services, translating priorities into measurable goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacists, technicians, interns, and supervisors; strengthen accountability.
Partner with physicians, nursing, and senior leadership to implement clinical workflows and medication-use strategies.
Drive quality, regulatory, and operational excellence; ensure DEA, state board, HIPAA, accreditation standards compliance.
Use data to identify improvement opportunities and influence strategic pharmacy and inventory decisions.
