Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent degree with PGY1 residency.
• At least 3 years of experience as Pharmacist or Intern.
• Washington Pharmacist License and NPI within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and compliance initiatives across inpatient pharmacy operations.
• Lead drug use management guidance, formulary and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and mentor pharmacy staff; collaborate with clinical and operations leaders.
• Provide strategic oversight during staff meetings and practice reviews.
