Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent degree and PGY1 residency completed before hire.
• Minimum three years of pharmacist experience with leadership and direct reports.
• Minimum two years of budget management experience.
• Pharmacist license in Washington required within hire.
• National Provider Identifier due within six months.
