Job summary

You will supervise clinicians, contribute to education programs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance rehab practices and patient outcomes. Requires OT licensure, BLS, and board certification eligibility/holdings.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in OT required.
• Graduate of an approved OT curriculum required.
• BLS certification required; OTR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care conferences and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Develop and deliver clinical teaching and in-services.
• Mentor students, interns and residents in OT theory and practice.
• Contribute to program/protocol development and quality improvement.
• Maintain clinical expertise and stay current with rehab practices.
