Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years coding experience in ICD-10-CM and HCPCS/CPT coding in an acute care setting.
• Certifications such as RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC, or CIRCC are required or to be completed within 6 months.
• Strong understanding of medical coding guidelines and ethical standards needed.
