Job summary

Haleon is seeking an Innovation Sr. Program Manager to lead end-to-end projects from ideation to execution, driving on-time launches with strong governance and cross-functional readiness.

You will manage the innovation pipeline, track performance, and lead post-launch reviews across marketing, finance, R&D, and QSC. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, 10 years in related functions, and 2 years of project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 10 years of experience across Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D or Innovation functions.
• 2 years of Project Management experience.
• Project management experience in complex matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage classification projects from Ideate to Execute with end-to-end readiness including commercial and technical aspects.
• Ensure high-quality stage gate readiness and on-time launches.
• Lead post-launch tracking and share learnings across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, R&D, QSC to deliver holistic readiness.
• Facilitate risk assessments and mitigation plans for all projects.
