Haleon seeks an Innovation Sr. Program Manager to lead end-to-end projects from ideation to execution, coordinating across marketing, finance, R&D and QA.

The role requires a strong track record in program management within consumer health or related fields, with experience across commercial, supply chain, and R&D functions, and a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
10 years of experience across Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D or Innovation functions.
2 years of Project Management experience in complex matrix organizations.
Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
PMP, Agile, Program Management or Portfolio Management preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end innovation projects from ideation to execution.
Ensure high-level end-to-end readiness including commercial and technical.
Drive on-time launches with robust stage-gate readiness.
Collaborate across marketing, finance, R&D, and QA to deliver readiness.
Manage governance for innovations and track post-launch learnings.
