Job summary

Amazon Logistics is seeking a Senior Innovation Engineer to lead the Automation Engineering team and drive the next generation of AMZL delivery stations. You will own the product roadmap, collaborate with Amazon Robotics and Worldwide Engineering, and push end-to-end delivery innovations from concept to execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hardware product development experience.
• 7+ years of engineering team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, define, plan and lead pilots for new automation and robotics technologies.
• Lead field pilots end-to-end with Operations and partner teams.
• Identify new programs to onboard and integrate.
• Build and own product roadmaps for vendor technologies.
• Lead system integration for NA projects with various integrators.
• Build a team of engineers to lead the function in NA.
• Ensure design compliance and performance with vendors and field teams.
