Job summary

Amazon Logistics seeks a Senior Innovation Engineer to lead the Automation Engineering team and drive end-to-end product delivery for AMZL delivery stations. You will own a roadmap, influence senior leaders, and manage high-dollar, cross-functional programs across geography.

The role requires hands-on leadership, vendor collaboration, and the ability to translate global standards into reliable deployments, balancing technical oversight with strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of new hardware products development experience.
• 7+ years of engineering team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in engineering team management.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, define, plan and lead pilots in the field for new automation and robotics technologies.
• Work closely with Operations, Field Eng partners and other stakeholders to lead field pilots end-to-end.
• Identify new programs to onboard and integrate.
• Lead the execution of the product with high-level of discipline and engagement with the product development teams.
• Build product roadmaps for bringing in new vendor developed technologies to pilot
• Lead the system integration pillar for NA based projects working with various integrators
• Build a team of engineers to lead the function in NA
