Currier is seeking a Technician Trainee to support the injection molding operation through hands-on and instructional training from the Technical Trainer and Lead Technicians. You will apply training to complete job functions in a timely and safe manner.

The role focuses on mechanical set-up, daily checks, changeovers, process monitoring, andLEAN improvements, with responsibilities spanning quality, safety, and collaboration with maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• LEAN/manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks and full product changeovers.
• Monitor process performance and maintain ISO forms.
• Assist with continuous improvement, safety, and maintenance tasks.
