Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in injection molding manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in production.
• Strong understanding of molding processes, tooling, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily injection molding operations and coordinate people, materials, machines, molds, and schedules.
• Schedule, prioritize, and monitor machine utilization, mold changeovers, and staffing needs.
• Monitor cycle times, scrap, downtime, and process performance; drive improvements.
• Maintain a safe, organized workplace and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
