Ericson Manufacturing in Willoughby, OH is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Manufacturing Manager to lead the production team and ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee labor planning, budgeting, scheduling, training, and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Engineering and Quality to meet customer requirements and ISO standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 8 years total work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a production management or supervision.
• Experience in injection molding and assembly environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage production department personnel including supervisors and leads.
• Develop and manage budgets and production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies; drive training.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to improve processes and implement Lean initiatives.
