Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, Injection Molding based in Denver, CO. You will be the technical voice alongside the Sales team, driving the right manufacturing solutions and guiding customers from discovery to final proposal.

Bring hands-on experience in injection molding and related processes, plus strong communication skills to articulate technical and business value to engineers and executives. This hybrid role offers a strong compensation package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Hands-on injection molding background (preferred)
Ability to discuss technical topics with engineers and executives
Experience presenting solutions in business proposals
Capability to manage multiple long-term projects in a fast-paced startup

Responsibilities

Lead discovery conversations with Sales to uncover business and technical requirements and map them to Xometry solutions
Be the technical liaison between molding teams and the customer
Consult directly with prospects and customers to identify applications of Xometry's technology and build the business case
Demonstrate Xometry's capabilities, including the software quoting platform, to engineers and executives
Partner with product, sales, quoting, and engineering teams to feed customer insight back into the business
Represent Xometry as an industry thought leader at events, webinars, and within the injection molding community
Provide project management and oversight on complex opportunities
