Qualifications

- Experience with both semi-crystalline and amorphous plastics.
- Strong capabilities in troubleshooting, shrinkage management, and mold qualification.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to molding operations and optimize production processes.
- Support specification, testing, startup, and ramp-up of new injection molding equipment.
- Evaluate emerging molding technologies to improve efficiency and operational performance.
