Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, plastics/polymer engineering, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of hands-on injection molding experience in manufacturing.
Experience with injection molding machines, molds, and thermoplastic materials.
Ability to read engineering drawings and process documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support to injection molding production operations.
Troubleshoot process issues and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and OEE.
Develop and maintain standardized injection molding processes and parameters.
Support process optimization, scrap reduction, cycle-time improvement, and downtime reduction.
