Job summary

Optum is seeking a Senior Infusion Pharmacy Technician in Roseville, MN to perform sterile compounding and related duties. The role requires an active Minnesota Pharmacy Technician license and at least 1 year of sterile compounding experience.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants. Compensation includes hourly pay based on full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Pharmacy Technician license.
• 1+ year of sterile compounding experience.
• Ability to work at 2685 Patton Rd, Roseville, MN 55113, Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding following policy and USP standards.
• Maintain competency in sterile compounding.
• Assist in medication management for pharmacy compounding incl. ordering and receiving.
• Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software related to compounding.
• Document daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with team to address compounding needs promptly.
• Engage in ongoing didactic and practical training for sterile compounding.
