Job summary

Prime Time Healthcare is seeking an Infrastructure Support Specialist to assist with the organization’s infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services. You will handle escalations, assist IT management on special projects, and focus on implementing key applications and networking components such as Cisco Meraki, M365, and Windows environments.

Responsibilities include hardware deployment, server builds, PowerShell automation, and maintaining security per SLAs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 4-year degree preferred.
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft MS-102/AZ-104 or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA/NIST security standards.
• Experience configuring and maintaining L2/L3 enterprise network devices.
• Knowledge of VMware, backups, and storage.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Install hardware, perform server builds, and manage remote maintenance.
• Act as technical/project lead for IT initiatives as assigned by IT management.
• Deploy Windows client OS and perform ongoing maintenance and support.
• Administer Microsoft 365 including Entra ID and Exchange Online.
• Automate admin tasks with PowerShell, including Graph and Exchange Online.
• Resolve escalated issues and document resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Prepare reports on usage and system health; respond to on-call requests.
• Ensure infrastructure assets are secure, patched, and SLA-compliant.
