Job summary

Prime Time Healthcare LLC is seeking an Infrastructure Support Specialist to assist with network, servers, and application infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki, M365, and Windows environments. You will handle escalations, support projects, and on-call issues, contributing to secure, reliable IT services.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware setup, server builds, remote management, and documentation of technical resolutions for team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree preferred.
Certifications such as Microsoft MS-102/AZ-104 or Endpoint/Intune certification; Cisco CCNA or equivalent preferred.
Strong understanding of HIPAA/NIST or security standards is a plus.
Ability to configure, maintain, and install L2/L3 Enterprise network devices.
Knowledge of VMware, backup solutions, and storage is desirable.
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure.

Responsibilities

Install hardware and perform server builds, remote management, and application support.
Lead IT projects as assigned by IT Management.
Deploy Windows client OSes and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online.
Automate tasks with PowerShell for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Exchange Online.
Resolve escalated infrastructure issues and document resolutions for knowledge sharing.
Prepare and present system health reports and metrics.
Respond to on-call support requests and maintain SLA alignment.
