Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Senior Systems Software Engineer for infrastructure to design and operate storage platform services that support 24/7 operations across NVIDIA's engineering teams.

You will build a scalable enterprise software platform, design REST APIs in Python or Go, and implement provisioning, monitoring, and self-service workflows with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud telemetry stacks like Grafana/Prometheus.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
MS with 5+ years or PhD with 3+ years of related work.
Experience building large-scale distributed backend systems.
REST API design in Python or Go.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Background with telemetry stacks (Grafana/Prometheus).

Responsibilities

Define, build, and manage an enterprise software platform for storage infrastructure.
Design and expand REST APIs used by thousands of engineers for on-demand storage management.
Build and integrate provisioning, metrics, monitoring, and workflows for storage services.
Develop tooling to automate deployment and management of large-scale design-storage environments.
Document procedures, evaluate technologies, and coordinate system orders and deployment.
