Job summary
NVIDIA is seeking a Systems & Software Engineer to design, build, and run reliable large-scale infrastructure services atop NVIDIA hardware. You will create automation to manage infrastructure and support EDA platforms, collaborating across teams on systems design and observability.
The role requires a BS degree or equivalent experience, strong Python/Go skills, Linux and containers, and 8+ years in the field.
Qualifications
- BS degree in CS or related technical field or equivalent experience.
- Strong coding experience in Python and/or Go; ability to produce code without AI assistance.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and distributed systems design.
- Experience building tools for large-scale private/public cloud systems in production.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux and container technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and run infrastructure services and manage software life cycle.
- Develop automation to reduce toil and scale output efficiently.
- Define internal service level objectives and error budgets for observability.
- Participate in blameless incident prevention and on-call rotation.
- Consult peer teams on systems design best practices.
