Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Engineer to design, automate, validate, and improve enterprise infrastructure across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments.

You will lead automation with Ansible, Terraform, Python, and CI/CD while ensuring high availability, resiliency, and observability through Splunk and Dynatrace. Senior engineers mentor others and contribute to design reviews and production readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of professional infrastructure engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.

Responsibilities

Designs, builds, and implements enterprise infrastructure platforms across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid domains.
Applies automation, monitoring, and optimization to ensure high availability and performance.
Manages infrastructure projects aligned with policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve standards.
Troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues and performs root‑cause analysis.
