Qualifications

• Design and support enterprise architecture solutions in healthcare/government contexts.
• Model data management, security, cloud usage, and modular designs.
• Design and support enterprise integrations, APIs, SOA, ETL, and databases.
• Apply MITA/MMIS and interoperability standards in healthcare tech environments.
• Provide technical expertise across Java, Node.js, Python, Angular, React, HTML5, databases and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical implementation of new MES-related modules and Medicaid alignment.
• Ensure solutions follow CMS guidelines, MITA maturity goals, and security controls.
• Lead architectural reviews and assess integration across modules.
• Coordinate data exchange, APIs, security models, and cloud adoption.
• Create architectural artifacts: diagrams, data flows, roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in governance, review changes, ensure sustainable solutions.
• Provide leadership to project teams, analysts, developers, and vendors.
