Qualifications

• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in a people management role.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned to organizational goals.
• Set expectations with individuals, provide feedback and coaching.
• Develop mid-term technical roadmap for multiple teams.
• Design, guide, and vet system designs and write code to solve problems.
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
