Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers across multiple teams and locations, shaping technical direction and program outcomes.
• Manage project goals, contribute to product strategy and help develop the team.
• Oversee deployment of large-scale projects across sites internationally.
• Review code and ensure best practices, mentor engineers and maintain quality standards.
