NVIDIA is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Infrastructure Security Engineering org to enable the security of a vast DGX Cloud GPU fleet. You will lead a distributed team of senior engineers, set the technical roadmap, and drive risk-based outcomes with clear ownership and fast execution.

Qualifications

• Experience (7+ years) managing engineers within a broader career (14+ years) across software, SRE, infrastructure, or security.
• Hands-on depth in infrastructure, distributed systems, or security engineering to earn trust.
• History of attracting, hiring, and growing excellent engineers with fair interview practices.
• Ability to turn high-stakes mandates into sequenced, measurable delivery.
• Working understanding of cloud-native architecture, container orchestration, IAM, policy enforcement, and vulnerability management.
• Experience delivering through partner teams where relationships count more than org charts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Grow the Team: manage, coach, and develop a distributed team of senior security and infra engineers.
• Set Technical Direction: roadmap for security control plane, services, and autonomous security operations.
• Deliver Outcomes, Not Tickets: plan around results and measurable impact, not ticket counts.
• Assemble Teams Around the Work: staff efforts with a clear owner and fast, fair motion.
• Raise the Engineering Bar: ensure tested code, observability, operational readiness, and proper docs.
• Communicate Risk Upward: translate complex risk into actionable themes for executives.
• Multi-Functional Collaboration: partner across DGX Cloud platform, SRE, networking, and security partners.
