You will shape the roadmap for our security control plane and autonomous security operations, focusing on outcomes over tickets and rapid, accountable delivery across cross-functional teams with strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Engineering Management: 7+ years leading engineers within a 14+ year career.
• Technical Credibility in infrastructure, distributed systems, or security engineering.
• Hiring and developing top engineers with fair interview calibration.
• Delivery under ambiguity: turn vague mandates into sequenced plans.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Team: manage, coach, and develop a distributed team of senior security and infrastructure engineers.
• Set Technical Direction: roadmap for security control plane and autonomous security operations.
• Deliver Outcomes, Not Tickets: plan for measurable results and continuous improvement.
• Assemble Teams Around the Work: staff efforts with clear ownership.
• Raise the Engineering Bar: ensure tested code, observability, and operability.
