Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is hiring an Engineering Manager for the Infrastructure Security Engineering org to enable engineers securing a massive GPU fleet. You will grow a distributed team, set the security roadmap, and deliver measurable risk reductions with autonomous security operations.

You will own hiring, mentor strong engineers, and partner across platform, SRE, networking, and security to raise the bar on security orchestration and leadership. This role is based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Engineering Management: 7+ years managing engineers, with 14+ years in software, SRE, infrastructure, or security.
• Technical Credibility: Hands-on depth in infrastructure, distributed systems, or security to earn trust of senior engineers.
• Hiring and Developing Talent: History of attracting, hiring, and growing excellent engineers with fair calibration practices.
• Delivery Under Ambiguity: Turn high-stakes, loosely defined mandates into sequenced, measurable delivery.
• Cloud-Native and Security Fluency: Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, IAM, policy enforcement, vulnerability management.
• Influence Without Authority: Deliver through partner teams where relationships matter more than org charts.
• Foundation: Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Grow the Team: Manage, coach, and develop a distributed team of senior security and infrastructure engineers.
• Set Technical Direction: Define roadmap for security control plane, foundational services, and autonomous security operations.
• Deliver Outcomes, Not Tickets: Plan for measurable results and reduce risk rather than closing tickets.
• Assemble Teams Around the Work: Staff efforts with small, accountable groups; enable fast, fair growth.
• Raise the Engineering Bar: Ensure code is tested, observable, operable, and well-documented.
• Communicate Risk Upward: Translate risk into actionable themes for executives.
• Multi-Functional Collaboration: Build partnerships across DGX Cloud platform, SRE, networking, and security teams.
