Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a software engineering team for the DGX Cloud Kubernetes (DGXC-K8s) organization, supporting internal and external clients. You will guide a team of engineers, partner with multiple groups, and shape roadmaps and demos for a world-class GPU cloud built on Kubernetes.

You will collaborate across verticals such as autonomous vehicles, hardware design, and AI, and present strategic updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related areas (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years designing and building distributed software systems.
• 4+ years leading a team of engineers across orgs.
• Strong ability to write code in mainstream systems programming languages (Go, Java, C, C++, Rust).
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or distributed task scheduling.
• Understanding of Linux kernel scheduling, memory management, networking subsystems.
• Understanding of infrastructure, networking, storage, and DevOps tooling.
• Container orchestration experience (containerd, CRI-O, Docker).
• Familiarity with IAM approaches and cross-functional consensus in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to gather requirements and develop solutions for success.
• Develop, guide, and supervise a team of engineers to educate partner teams on cloud-based solutions.
• Understand NVIDIA's multiple verticals including autonomous vehicles, hardware design, and AI.
• Present roadmaps, vision, and demos to internal partners and leadership.
• Engage in open-source communities of software we use and build.
