Job summary

Centene is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer to operate and mature ASM and BAS programs across hybrid, cloud, on-prem, and enterprise environments. You will validate internet-facing assets, coordinate remediation, and produce actionable reporting to improve security visibility and reduce risk.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a quantitative or business field and 4–6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and mature ASM and BAS programs across multiple environments.
• Validate internet-facing assets and confirm ownership.
• Audit application security configurations and optimize coverage.
• Monitor and remediate security alerts and vulnerabilities.
• Produce security reports and track findings to closure with stakeholders.
• Automate routine security tasks and enable self-service options.
• Implement SSDLC security controls including authentication, authorization, encryption, logging, and testing.
• Review security configurations and generate improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, risk, compliance, and business teams.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
