Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer to operate and mature ASM and BAS programs across hybrid, cloud, on‑premises environments. This role strengthens security visibility, validates asset ownership, and coordinates remediation with cross‑functional teams.

You will perform security analysis, automate tasks, implement SSDLC protections, and produce actionable reporting. A Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of related experience is required; CompTIA Security+ is

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 4–6 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Responsibilities

Operate and mature ASM and BAS programs across hybrid, cloud, on-premises, and enterprise environments.
Validate asset ownership and improve security coverage across platforms.
Coordinate remediation activities and produce actionable security reporting.
Automate routine operational tasks related to application security and SSDLC.
Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and logging controls within the SSDLC process.
Perform audits and monitor incoming security alerts and vulnerabilities.
Develop and maintain security documentation, SOPs, and design standards.
