Job summary

Accenture is seeking an exceptional Infrastructure Resiliency Lead (L5) to own enterprise IT resiliency strategy and execution across BC/DR, HA, and regulatory compliance. This role engages CIO and CRO audiences, shaping large resilience programs for global clients and driving end-to-end delivery and P&L accountability.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT infrastructure and resilience, with senior leadership experience and strong familiarity with DORA, PRA/FCA, FRB, and APRA CPS 230.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years IT infrastructure, operational resilience, or technology risk with BC/DR and HA expertise.
• Minimum 10+ years in senior leadership with resiliency ownership and regulatory exposure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate’s Degree, 6+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own IT resiliency end-to-end — BC/DR, HA design, operational resilience, geo-resilience for global clients.
• Lead DORA compliance and supervisory requirements across industries.
• Design crisis management frameworks including runbooks and crisis simulations.
• Architect geo-resilience with multi-region failover and data sovereignty considerations.
• Sell and shape resiliency engagements at CIO/CRO level; oversee proposals and board presentations.
• Maintain accountability for commercial and delivery performance of resiliency engagements.
• Provide thought leadership on AI-driven resilience testing and chaos engineering.
• Build and lead a high-performing resiliency practice; attract and develop talent.
