Job summary

Accenture is seeking an exceptional consulting leader to serve as our Infrastructure Resiliency Lead, a senior L5 position with enterprise-wide ownership of IT resiliency strategy and execution.

This role holds end-to-end accountability for BC/DR, HA architecture, DORA compliance, crisis management, and geo-resilience design across the firm’s global infrastructure estate, with executive engagement at CIO/CRO level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, operational resilience, or technology risk with a specialty in BC/DR and HA architecture.
• Minimum 10+ years in senior leadership roles with direct ownership of resiliency strategy, regulatory compliance, or crisis response for large enterprises.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own IT resiliency end-to-end — setting strategy, governing architecture, and driving execution across BC/DR, HA, operational resilience, and geo-resilience programs.
• Serve as the primary executive accountability for DORA compliance and regulatory requirements across financial services and other regulated industries.
• Lead crisis management design and response frameworks, including crisis simulation, runbook governance, and executive escalation protocols.
• Sell and shape resiliency engagements at CIO and CRO level, leading pursuits and presenting to boards and regulators.
• Maintain accountability for commercial and delivery performance of resiliency engagements, including P&L ownership and client satisfaction.
