Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects across municipal and private sector clients in the Northeast. You will drive everything from pre-construction through closeout, managing budgets, forecasts, schedules, and field resources while coordinating with subcontractors, engineers and clients.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership in heavy civil infrastructure, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering projects safely, on time,

Qualifications

Experience managing heavy civil construction projects.
Budgeting, estimating, and cost control.
Scheduling and project planning.
Contract and change order management.
Infrastructure/utility project experience.
Strong knowledge of construction safety and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and resources.
Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients.
Oversee contract administration and change management.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Monitor project performance and proactively mitigate risks.
Deliver projects on time and within budget.
