Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in infrastructure/facilities within a large organization.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and large industrial environments.
• Experience managing project budgets of $10M+ with cost control and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale infrastructure projects, including construction, expansions, renovations, and retrofits.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for projects from $5M to $100M+.
• Collaborate with Finance on capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Coordinate with executives to align facility projects with organizational strategy and growth plans.
• Oversee procurement processes including RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal infrastructure and engineering teams on MEP, structure and civil design.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, environmental standards, and policies.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation and resolution strategies across all phases.
