Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering, finance, business, real estate, or related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in capital projects, project controls, PMO leadership, portfolio management, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of capital project lifecycle management and owner-side governance.
• Experience with cost, schedule, risk, change, and portfolio reporting.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert project information into actionable insights.
• Experience developing standardized processes across multiple projects, teams, or regions.
• Experience with PMIS, project-controls platforms, reporting, or analytics tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
• Preferred: experience in global manufacturing, industrial, or corporate real estate; PMO operations; certifications (PMP, PgMP, AACE, CCM).

Responsibilities

• Establish and own Vertiv's global Capital Project Management framework.
• Define lifecycle requirements, stage gates, approval standards, and governance expectations.
• Maintain standard processes, templates, tools, and documentation.
• Provide independent assurance regarding governance and project controls.
• Develop executive reporting covering investment, forecast, schedule, milestones, risks, changes, and project health.
• Drive data quality and consistent reporting across regions.
• Lead continuous improvement of Capital practices.
