Job summary

Lightning AI is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional infrastructure programs across compute, network, storage, and datacenter operations. You will drive milestones, dependencies, and alignment with engineering, operations, and leadership for fast-moving initiatives.

You will coordinate across hardware platforms, GPU compute, and platform rollouts, ensuring readiness and governance. The role offers a hybrid work model and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in infrastructure, cloud, or distributed systems.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams (network, compute, storage, datacenter) across teams.
• Strong communicator capable of aligning engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution across multiple infrastructure programs (network, storage, datacenters, hardware)
• Own program planning, milestones, and dependencies across parallel workstreams
• Coordinate with Infra Engineering, Network, DC Ops, Security, and Platform teams
• Ensure readiness of infrastructure for deployment and production use
• Identify risks, blockers, and mitigation plans with leadership updates
• Operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
