Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Infrastructure Program Manager for DCC Communities to lead data center lifecycle projects, optimize capacity and automate end-to-end processes.

You will coordinate lifecycle programs with critical networking dependencies and deliver scalable improvements across data center operations. The role requires strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, with experience in tactical project management and strategic program direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in data center or network capacity planning or related infrastructure program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide program progress reporting to senior leadership; articulate root-cause analysis and link to improvement areas.
• Summarize escalation support and critical leadership decisions.
• Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
• Develop, plan and build implementations for cross-functional collaboration to unblock programs with infrastructure dependencies.
• Identify process improvements and gather user requirements with internal customers.
• Develop SOPs, change/communication plans and status updates at program level.
• Drive adoption with internal customers through effective change management.
• Anticipate issues and risks and elevate appropriately.
• Remain flexible to changing priorities and new ideas.
• Keep customer experience as the primary focus.
