Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead financial efficiency across Data Center Communities (DCC).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience working cross functionally across several teams.
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience managing CapEx/OpEx reduction programs with measurable financial outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build financial models and benchmark costs.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the financial efficiency program portfolio, identifying high-yield CapEx and OpEx reduction opportunities.
• Partner with Sourcing to reduce infrastructure costs through vendor consolidation and long lead equipment optimization.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives for data center builds across design, procurement, and construction.
• Develop benchmarking frameworks to identify cost variance drivers by region and cluster.
• Partner with Finance to build business cases, model ROI, and report realized savings against targets.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, and Sourcing to align on cost reduction roadmaps.
• Establish governance to track initiative progress and provide leadership visibility into performance.
