Qualifications

• 5–7 years of buy-side debt private placements across infrastructure or related sectors.
• Experience with credit analysis, financing structures, and investment due diligence.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-border teams and manage multiple transactions.

Responsibilities

• Originate, underwrite, execute, and manage infrastructure debt investment opportunities for clients.
• Filter potential investments by credit, value, duration, and portfolio fit.
• Conduct due diligence including credit and legal analysis; prepare investment committee materials.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure opportunities meet guidelines and approvals.
• Manage existing investments by reviewing reports, updating risk views, and seeking waivers as needed.
• Support marketing to raise capital and develop investment solutions for market participants.
