Job summary

Pearse Partners in New York is seeking a high-caliber Associate for its Infrastructure Credit team. This buy-side role focuses on private credit investments across North America, Europe and beyond, with a hands-on portfolio construction and deal execution remit.

You will build complex financial models (LBO, project finance, DCF), conduct due diligence, prepare IC materials, and monitor covenant performance across a global book, while contributing to investor reporting and sector research.

Qualifications

• Project finance or infrastructure M&A experience.
• Exceptional financial modelling: LBO, project finance, cash flow waterfall, debt structuring.

Responsibilities

• Drive deal execution: due diligence, financial and legal documentation review, credit memo and IC materials.

We are partnering with one of the world's leading global infrastructure platforms on a high impact Associate hire for their Infrastructure Credit investment team in New York.

This is a rare buy-side opportunity at the intersection of private credit and real assets, deploying capital across North America, Europe, Latin America, and APAC.

THE ROLE
