Job summary

DivIHN Integration Inc. in Pewaukee, WI seeks an experienced Telecom Infrastructure Program Manager for a 12-month, hybrid/remote role (on-site once in 2–3 months). Strong background in radio towers, network gear, data centers, and related systems is required.

The ideal candidate will own project financials (budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoicing) and lead tools such as Microsoft Project, PWA, SAP ERP, and MS Office, with extensive stakeholder engagement across departments.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Project/PWA, SAP ERP, budgeting and negotiations.
• Experience managing project financials – actuals, invoicing and variances.
• Contract bidding and negotiations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee telecom infrastructure PM: radio towers, network gear and data center equipment.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoicing and variance analysis.
• Utilize MS Projects, PWA, SAP ERP; apply Waterfall methodology.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications across multiple departments.
