Job summary
Archer, in partnership with JPMorgan Chase, seeks a seasoned software engineer to push the boundaries of secure, scalable code. You will design, develop, and troubleshoot complex systems, driving AI-enabled automation and resilient delivery.
You will influence architecture across teams, lead vendor evaluations, and advance cloud-native practices while upholding governance and security standards.
Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in delivering system design and production-grade code.
Responsibilities
- Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and debugging.
- Develops secure high-quality production code and reviews code from others.
- Identifies opportunities to automate remediation for stability of applications.
- Sets strategy for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation with governance and security guardrails.
- Applies SDLC tools incl. enterprise AI-assisted development to increase automation at scale.
- Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture and applicability.
- Leads communities of practice in software engineering to promote new tech adoption.
- Contributes to team culture emphasizing diversity, inclusion and respect.
