Archer and JPMorganChase invite applications for a Lead Software Engineer role within the Infrastructure Platforms Foundational Services Data Protection and Recovery Product Line. You will contribute as a core technical lead, building trusted, scalable technology solutions across the firm's architectures and business functions.

You will drive secure coding, code reviews, and AI-assisted development practices to improve delivery speed, reliability, and operational stability.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced in programming languages such as Python and deployment tools (Jenkins).
Experience using AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate outputs.
Strong understanding of secure coding, CI/CD, and security practices.

Responsabilités

Executes creative software solutions with engineering best practices across multiple technical areas.
Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews peers' code.
Leads adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to enhance automation and value.
Leads architectural discussions with internal/external teams to ensure alignment.
